SPA Engineering now has the services of a diamond tool
specialist and is able to offer a
complete service in terms of supply and technical assistance.
Both diamond and CBN tooling is available and are both competitively priced and of
excellent quality.
The range includes:
- Diamond and CBN grinding wheels, internal and external, using resin, electroplated or
metal bond systems as required, for grinding of various materials including ceramics,
tungsten carbide, hardened steels etc..
- Natural diamond and synthetic diamond dressing tools for truing/dressing of conventional
abrasive grinding wheels.
- Cut-off wheels using resin, electroplated or metal bond systems as required.
- PCD and PCBN tooling for the machining of non-ferrous/metallic materials in the case of
PCD and hardened steels/difficult to machine metal alloys in the case of PCBN.
- PCD tools for the woodworking industry including routers and form tools.
- Electroplated diamond files including hand and needle types.
- Diamond polishing compound and associated products.
