SPA DESIGN have become renowned within the Motorsport industry for its range of high quality products and services. The Fabrication Department is able to manufacture many specialised components ranging from exotic formula 1 Titanium Uprights to 4130 wishbones, Aluminium radiators, and Intercoolers etc. The company is also experienced in fine limited bending and folding on all types of stainless steel fabrications for the food and associated industries.

To compliment our Fabrication Department and to ease the flow of manufacturing services, we are also able to offer our entire customer base, a complete bespoke fabrication manufacturing package, which can involve all or any of the following:
- Laser Cutting in both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials.
- Water jet Cutting in all materials.
- Spark and wire Eroding.
- Heat Treatment to Aero and Military specifications.
- Dynamic Shot and Bead Peening.
- Surface Coatings, which includes:

- Keyphos
- Xylan
